Jeff Rake is the Founder and President of XBD Hospitality - a proprietary business development platform focused on expanding the portfolios of elite, hands-on third-party management companies across North America.

A graduate of UC San Diego, Jeff has spent most of his 30-year career focused on the hotel and travel industry - from leading loyalty programs for major airlines, developing marketing strategies for international hotel brands, and brokering hotel real estate deals for top national real estate investment firms. Jeff's broad expertise and specific business development experience serve as a valuable resource for hotel owners and management companies alike.

Jeff splits his time between Philadelphia, PA and North County San Diego, CA, where he enjoys year-round open water swimming and coaching.

In addition to his professional achievements and raising 3 successful daughters, Jeff's personal accomplishments include solo swims around Coronado Island and a crossing of the 20-mile Catalina Channel. In his spare time, he serves the Recovery community through his work with the iSwim4 Foundation, which he founded in 2020.
